Give 240+ Children Daily Meals And Free Schooling

The Problem

What happens after the emergency is over? Emergency relief pours resources into areas that have been most recently destabilized. A few weeks or months of aid, however, usually doesn’t change the situation.

Boys beg or lay bricks 10+ hours a day for a single bowl of rice. Children in Rohingya camps continue without education. Young girls in the Bangladesh slums are married off one after another because it’s the only way they will continue eating. Many children will stay like this for the rest of their lives.

We provide free school meals to children
Charity Right Australia partners with local schools
 – at Rohingya refugee camps and in the slums of Bangladesh, at Rohingya, Yemeni, Syrian, Afghan, Pakistani and other refugee schools in Malaysia.

We make nutritious, delicious meals beyond rice and lentils. We work with nutrition experts to ensure we feed the children a balanced diet, including bread, chicken, and vegetables. We distribute them to the students who come to our free schools.
Parents now save 30% of the money they make. They want to send their kids to school now. Children have a reason to come to school, and they have a chance to work their way out of child labour, early marriages and poverty.

With your donations we can provide daily meals to over 240 children for an entire year.
We are seeking donations through other channels, and anything more than $109,000 will be used to feed and educate more children in the twelve schools we are committed to!

$145,000 AUD ($113,000 USD) feeds four of our schools
$180,000 AUD ($140,000 USD) feeds five of our 12 schools.
